1. Nature of the service

Lopinuze provides astrological, numerological and tarot guidance for reflection, entertainment and self-insight only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Predictions are interpretive and probabilistic, never guaranteed, and you should always consult a qualified professional for life decisions.

2. Data collection and use — your express consent

By accessing this website and accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, use, and sharing (with the processors listed below) of the following data, solely to deliver, personalize, analyze, and improve the Service:

  • Identity & birth data — name, gender, date, time and place of birth, used to compute your astrological chart. Encrypted at rest; deletable on request.
  • Device & environment signals — time of day, timezone, device type, screen size and orientation, browser language, connection quality, battery level, and approximate weather at your consent-provided location. Used to tailor responses to your current moment.
  • Referral & usage data — whether you arrived via a search engine, social network, or direct visit, and your in-app activity (pages, features, readings). Used for analytics and service improvement. We do not read your search queries, social-media feeds, or browsing history — browsers do not expose this.
  • Account & payment data — email, subscription tier, and payment status via our processors (Whop, Stripe). Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
  • Communications — questions you submit and voice recordings you provide, used to generate your guidance.

3. Lawful basis and how we use the data

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent and to perform the service you requested. Your data is used to (a) compute astrological, numerological and tarot readings, (b) personalize tone, language and guidance, (c) analyze usage to improve the Service, and (d) deliver the features you activate (voice narration, weather context, notifications). We never sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processors

  • Open-Meteo — weather (no personal data transmitted).
  • DeepSeek / OpenAI — AI responses (your question + chart summary, not your identity).
  • Stripe / Whop — payments.
  • ElevenLabs — optional voice narration.

5. Data retention and your rights

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Under the GDPR (EU) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time from your profile, or by emailing [email protected]. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing consent may limit features that rely on that data.
